HOW TO ENTER
A clear and structured process to prepare and submit your award entry
The awards are open to organisations, brands, agencies and technology providers delivering outstanding loyalty, customer experience and engagement initiatives.

Submissions are evaluated by an independent international jury based on:
  • strategic clarity
  • innovation
  • quality of execution
  • measurable business impact
Who Can Enter
Entries may be submitted by:
  • Brands and organisations operating loyalty or CX programs
  • Marketing, CRM and CX teams
  • Agencies and solution providers acting on behalf of clients
  • Technology vendors implementing engagement platforms
  • Partnerships delivering joint initiatives
Both client-side and partner-side submissions are encouraged.

Eligibility
Entries must relate to initiatives that have been implemented, launched or significantly developed within the eligibility period of the current awards cycle.

Eligible initiatives may include:
  • loyalty programs and engagement platforms
  • marketing and customer engagement campaigns
  • CX transformation initiatives
  • technology implementations supporting loyalty or CX
  • gamification and behavioural engagement programs
Entries may represent either ongoing programs or specific initiatives.

Entries should:
  • demonstrate measurable results and business impact
  • include clear supporting evidence (data, KPIs, outcomes)
  • reflect real-world implementation rather than conceptual proposals
How the Entry Process Works
Submitting an entry is straightforward and follows four simple steps.
Select the Category
Review the award categories and select the one that best matches your initiative.
Prepare Your Submission
Complete the entry form and provide information about the strategy, implementation and results of your initiative.
Submit Supporting Evidence
Entries should include measurable results and supporting materials where relevant.
Final Submission
Submit your entry before the official deadline.
