The awards follow a structured timeline designed to help participants prepare strong submissions while ensuring a transparent and consistent evaluation process.

The submission platform opens and participants can begin preparing and submitting their entries.

Organisations may submit entries across multiple categories.
Early preparation is recommended for complex or multi-category submissions.

Early Entry Deadline
This is the first submission milestone offering reduced entry fees.

Participants are encouraged to submit early to benefit from discounted pricing, additional preparation time and the opportunity to refine submissions ahead of later deadlines.

Standard Entry Deadline
This is the main entry deadline for the awards cycle.

Entries submitted during this period are accepted at the standard submission fee and should be fully prepared for evaluation.
